Cooking for 25 Years β A Sacred Tradition of Love
For Seema, cooking has never been just a craft or a business. Over the last 25 years, standing over the stove has been a meditation, a labor of boundless love, and a bridge of nostalgia connecting the royal kitchens of Rajasthan to homes across Singapore.
Having cooked for over two and a half decades and delighted more than 5,000 satisfied customers till date, I have witnessed how a single bite of authentic, ghee-tempered food can evoke feelings of comfort, home, and joy.
Every morning in our kitchen begins the same time-honored way: with the crackle of cumin seeds (jeera), pungent asafoetida (hing), and aromatic cloves tempering in bubbling pure golden desi ghee. That unmistakable sizzle β the Tadka β is the heartbeat of our cuisine. It's the moment when simple, honest grains and lentils awaken into rich, comforting delicacies.
From slow-roasting baatis to perfection to hand-churning churma and hand-kneading fresh dough for fluffy bhature, every dish is prepared in small batches with zero shortcuts and zero preservatives.
We treat every single meal as if we are serving our own family. In Indian tradition, 'Atithi Devo Bhava' means the guest is divine β and after 25 years of cooking, that devotion has only grown deeper.
